HOOP PINE 1" MULCH
DESCRIPTION
Hoop Pine 1" Mulch
- Decorative curly bark mulch
- Ideal for weather exposed sites
- Interlocks together providing wind resistance as well as resistance to be washed away
- Allows for great water penetration and retention while creating a decorative textured tropical look
- Ideal depth of approximately 75-100mm
Hoop Pine 1" is a traditional landscapers favourite product for heavily wind swept areas or steep embankments. It is a curly brown product with a rough texture with varying colour from a deep brown to glimpses of deep pinks and reds. Hoop Pine Bark will interlink perfectly to hold on in almost any situation. With a little bit of Hoop fines mixed into the bark it is an ideal product that will keep the weeds at bay, retain moisture and eventually break down and add to your nutrient rich soil.
The product is in strips approximately 1 inch wide and it is a by-product of the timber milling industry, the pine timber is used in building and furniture making and the bark is waste that we convert into a usable garden material.

A beautiful soft organic matter that is ideal used as a mulch over your soil or as a soil additive to increase the nutrients in your soil structure.
Deep chocolate brown in colour Hoop Pine Fines is light and easy to work with in the garden and its dark brown colour and fine texture really creates a feature of your plants. Ideal around most types of plants including natives, perennials, small or large shrubs this will refresh your garden instantly.
PINE BARK 5-10MM (SOFT FALL)
DESCRIPTION
Pine Bark 5-10mm (Soft Fall)
Manufactured from slash pine bark particles between 5 and 12 mm in size. This is a good impact absorption material which is ideal for playground surfaces.
- Complies with the current Australian Standard AS4422
- Widely used by councils and schools for playgrounds
- Provides a cushioned base which may help to prevent personal injury in the event of a fall
- Suppresses weed growth in playgrounds
- Required installation depth for playgrounds is 250 to 300 mm

A finely textured, fibrous mix of well processed and composted Tea Tree branches and leaves.
- A by-product of the Tea Tree oil production and distillation process.

- It blocks weed growth very well
- Care should be taken when planting around seedlings and delicate plants as its fine texture can tend to block water absorption into the root zone if not sculpted well to allow better water penetration

How do I use Sugar Cane Mulch?
- Remove all existing weeds from the area to be mulched.
- If you are using Sugar Cane Mulch for the first time, you'll need to spread an even layer to a depth of 40-100 mm.
- If you are re-mulching existing areas, you'll need to spread an even layer to a depth of 20-40 mm.
- Ensure the mulch does not contact the stems of your plants.
- Sugar Cane Mulch is packaged completely dry, so once spread, water in well to improve water retention and wind resistance.
